Duck-Dating.com is operated by Dr Em Mardlin ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered contact address is [email protected]. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the duck-dating.com website and all associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years and over. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate any account or access pass we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18, without refund.

You agree to use Duck-Dating.com legally and respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if we believe you have breached this clause, and to report any unlawful conduct to the relevant authorities.

Full membership costs £24.99 as a one-time payment. Membership includes five personalised mini rubber ducks bearing your unique DD number, a personal profile page, and a PDF welcome pack. Membership is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your DD number confidential.

A Duck Lookup Access Pass costs £4.99 as a one-time payment. It grants the purchaser access to the full profile and contact details of the member whose DD number they have entered. Access Passes are non-transferable and are for personal use only. By purchasing an Access Pass you agree to use the contact details revealed solely to make respectful, consensual contact with the member.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. Membership payments are non-refundable once your welcome pack has been dispatched, except where required by law. Access Pass payments are non-refundable once the profile details have been revealed to you, except where required by law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to your profile, including photos and text. By uploading content you confirm that you own or have the right to use the content, it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, it does not contain nudity, explicit material, or anything unlawful, and any photos of other people have been taken and shared with their consent. We reserve the right to remove any content that breaches these Terms without notice.

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Duck-Dating.com is a platform that facilitates real-world connections. We are not responsible for the actions, behaviour, or conduct of any member or user of the Service in the real world. You use the Service and act on any information obtained through it entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We strongly encourage all members and Access Pass holders to follow standard personal safety guidelines when meeting someone new: always meet for the first time in a public place, tell a friend or family member where you are going, arrange your own transport, trust your instincts, and do not share your home address until you feel comfortable. All content on duck-dating.com — including the Duck-Dating.com name, logo, concept, website design, and written content — is the intellectual property of Dr Em Mardlin and is protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
