Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules governing use of the Duck-Dating.com website and services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Duck-Dating.com ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. This AUP supplements our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions take precedence.

You may use the Platform only for its intended purpose: connecting adults for lawful social and romantic interaction. Specifically, you may: create a genuine personal profile using accurate information about yourself; browse member profiles and use the Duck Look Up feature to find a duck you have received; communicate respectfully with other members through the Platform's designated channels; purchase a membership or Access Pass for personal, non-commercial use; report content or behaviour that you believe violates this AUP.

You must not use the Platform to engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that is unlawful under applicable law, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, aiding or abetting abuse, distributing CSAM, stalking, harassment, intimidation, threats, fraud, identity theft, or any other deceptive act. You must not post hateful, discriminatory, or inciting content, upload non-consensual intimate images, impersonate any person, create fake profiles, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape data, use automated bots, circumvent security features, reverse-engineer the Platform, advertise or sell products without consent, send spam, or resell access to the Platform.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Platform, including profile information, photographs, and messages. By submitting content you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to the content, the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and the content complies with this AUP and all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any content that we reasonably believe violates this AUP, without prior notice.

The Platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or older. By creating a profile or purchasing any product on the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

If you encounter content or behaviour that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, such as the DD number of the member concerned, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Where we determine that a violation has occurred we may, at our sole discretion, issue a warning, suspend access, permanently terminate the account, remove content, and/or refer the matter to law enforcement authorities.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities. Where required by law, court order, or other legal process, we will disclose member information and Platform data to the appropriate authorities. For law enforcement enquiries please see our Law Enforcement page.

Breach of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion: immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund; removal of your profile and any content you have submitted; legal action, including civil proceedings for damages; referral of your details to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
