Refund Policy

All payments on Duck-Dating.com are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By completing a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Full membership is a one-time payment of £24.99. It includes five personalised mini rubber ducks bearing your unique DD number, a personal profile page on duck-dating.com, a PDF welcome pack delivered by email, and a complimentary copy of Quackers in Love by Dr Em Mardlin. Before dispatch: if you contact us before your welcome pack has been sent and your physical ducks dispatched, we will issue a full refund. After digital delivery: once your welcome pack PDF has been emailed to you, the digital portion is non-refundable. After physical dispatch: once your personalised rubber ducks have been dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund on the physical goods as they are made to order. Statutory rights: nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

A Duck Lookup Access Pass is a one-time payment of £4.99. It grants access to the full profile and contact details of the member whose DD number you have entered. After profile reveal: once the member's profile and contact details have been revealed to you, the Access Pass is non-refundable. Technical failure: if you paid but were unable to access the profile due to a technical error on our part, please contact us and we will either resolve the issue or issue a full refund. Invalid DD number: if you entered an incorrect DD number and the profile does not exist, please contact us within 48 hours and we will review your case.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, quoting your Stripe payment reference or the email address used at checkout. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are happy to resolve genuine disputes directly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with subject line: Refund Request — [your DD number or order reference]. Include your name, email address used at checkout, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
